I typically respond in a timely manner, but I am working entirely by wifi or pay phone, so I am at the whimsy of wifi or phone availability, which can be slim at times when I’m in remote locations. Please note that I do not have an international plan for my cell phone number so if you call, I will only answer if you call via FaceTime or Skype.
